TECHNICAL MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from Mining engineering / Geology
2. Experience in nickel, coal and gold mining company (min 5 years)
3. Good managerial capability in planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (mobile equipment and maintenance, man power, mine planning, contractors engagement).
4. Develop plan for short term, middle term and long term of mining process.
5. Full understanding and awareness about HSE / K3 procedures.
6. Have a good strategic thinking
7. POP or POM Certification are required
SHIPPING MANAGER HEAD
Requirements:
1. S1 or bachelor degree from reputable university
2. Experience as shipping manager in offshore or mining industry (min 8 years)
3. Master Marine ANT I Certification is most required
4. Experience in handling crew boats, LCT, Tug Boat & Barges in remote area.
5. Certification training for sea survival, BST, advances fire fighting, HUET
6. Develop standard emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials.
7. Able to work independently as well as a team and have a deeply analytical skill
SAFETY SPV – MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health / environment engineering
2. Experience as HSE in coal, gold & Mining Industry (min 5 years)
3. Certified POM or K3 for Safety Manager is a must
4. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
5. Ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed and conduct regular HSE inspection
LOGISTIC SPV - MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree from faculty of technical / logistic management or related field
2. Experience in logistic field , from mining or heavy equipment industry (min 5 years)
3. Good knowledge for supply chain and heavy duty equipment such as dump truck, excavator, bulldozer, ADT, compactor and grader from various type/model from various brand/manufacturer (Europe, Japanese, China)
4. Develop plan, organize and control logistics operations
5. To ensure inventory level at maximum, accuracy inventory record, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
6. Experience in dealing, negotiating and managing third party logistics and distribution providers
QC SPV – MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from chemistry , geology or faculty of mining engineering
2. Experience as QC in mining company (min 5 years)
3. Familiar with ICP instrument and International standardization of Elements Determination especially in mining material (ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB)
4. Familiar with SOP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, QC/QA procedures and work flow production process in mining company
5. Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants, interfacial tension) and instruments (GC-MS, XRD, XRF, ICP OES, ASS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, Leco, Eltra sulfur analyzer)
6. Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
7. Responsible for the stockpiles
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3
9. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality
CIVIL ENGINEER MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from faculty of Civil Engineering
2. Experience from smelter project , construction or mining industry (min 5 years)
3. Able to use construction software AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Ms. Project, Visio, Adobe Photoshop
4. Capable in budgeting, cost material, manpower and other supporting stuffs in order to build houses, roads, bridges, port and waste treatment
5. Well understanding about K3 / HSE
CSR SPV - MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from faculty of social science / law / communication
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience as CDO, CSR preferably from mining company or plantation company
3. Confident and tactful communication to people in every level within the organization as well as people from various levels and villagers
4. Have a good relations with community, government institution and non government institution
5. Have a good concepts on community development, empowerment and local business development program
6. Good interpersonal and organizational skill
ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Requirements:
1. At least 10 years of working experience as Administration Manager at mining site or related with
2. Bachelor degree from any field
3. Good having knowledge about mining administrative, mining policy, and mining condition
4. Good knowledge of Industrial Relations Legislation and Labor Laws in local area
5. Good interpersonal and organizational skill
MINE PLAN ENGINEERING (MPE) SPV-SPT
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering
2. Experience in mine Planning Engineer covering both production and mine planning environments (min 5 years)
3. Certified of Nickel Mines competency will be advantageous
4. Experience in utilizing mine plan, design and schedule software packages as Surpac and Micro lynx
5. Advance in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and MS Project
6. High level of safety awareness
7. Able to manage multiple complex projects
PARAMEDIC (NURSE)
Requirements:
1. Female
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experiences, preferably in mining industry
3. Graduated from Nursing faculty with GPA min 3,00 from scale 4 (D3)
4. Certified of nursing
5. Good knowledge about HSE/ K3
6. Healthy and able to work with good result and always seek the best solution to solve problems
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
1. Male & Female, with max 40 years old
2. Willing to relocate at Halmahera island (North Maluku) with rotation schedule
3. Adaptable, have a good leadership and able to work under pressure situation
4. Fluent in English both oral & written.
5. Computer Literate using MS office & Internet
