established in 1995 and as a part subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi

operates 435 units of customer service points, including 327 units
GraPARIkios, 83 units of GraPARI, and 25 units of customer service
points in Plasa Telkom or Plasa GraPARI. Based on Telkomsel Annual

Telkomsel BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) as The Best BlackBerry
