Visual Merchandising Supervisor - Jakarta Timur
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement VM plans for all sales and other operational company activities.
- Maintain the VM performance of all stores in accordance to the VM guidelines and standards.
- Implement the POP and display product standardization at the store front.
Requirements
- University graduate of any discipline from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
- Male or Female of max. 35 years of age.
- Minimum 3 year experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Retail Marketing in the retail industry
- Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa and English
- Ability to give training product knowledge to SPG & SPM
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Proficient in the use of computer based office tools (Ms. Office)s
- Have strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Product Manager - Jakarta Timur
Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, and implementing marketing and sales strategies
- Developing and coordinating marketing activities programs
- Ensure all marketing programs run effective and efficient
Requirements
- Experience in project sales, i.e: multinasional account
- Maximum 40 years, with min. 5 years experience as product / marketing manager, especially in Electronic industry
- Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
- Strong skills in products and marketing strategies
- Fluent in both spoken/written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work under pressure and highly result oriented
Human Resource Manager - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement HR strategies and policies that support business directions and achieve business objectives
- Lead in key areas of HR, specifically in Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance management, OD Interventions, and Industrial Relation, etc.
- Lead and manage the HR professionals and providing effective and efficient HR support
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, majoring Human Resources Management, Psychology or any related field.
- Min. 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Management.
- Strong skills in Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relation, and Organizational Development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- Fluent in both spoken/written English and Bahasa.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
Marketing Communication Manager - Jakarta Timur
Responsibilities
- Creates various marketing materials to be used across various media platforms, developing creative concepts for consideration.
- Responsible for art directing, storyboarding and message development for creative design work for various online and offline ads, signage and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales to manage & update all sales tools such as brochures, product sheets, web content, newsletters, and ads.
- Coordinate communications projects with vendors and contractors for the development and production of educational event promotional materials, web site production and other collateral.
- Create 360˚ marketing communication strategy
- Managing day to day communication with agency
Requirements
- Male / Female, maximum 40 years old.
- Bachelor degree or Master degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing communication PR, communication, advertising
- Requires excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to effectively work under pressure and manage projects independently
