- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. ]

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Corporate Legal Manager in handling corporate legal matters in the company which includes preparing and reviewing agreements and/or other legal documents, legal memorandum etc as requested by the divisions in the company.
- Update prevailing laws and regulations in investment law, company law and other law and regulations related to company’s business
- Assist the Corporate Legal Manager in handling corporate secretarial matters of the company
- University graduate in Law from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having 2 years experince in Legal field Well organized, attention to detail, structured, and disciplined
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Good command in English both verbal & written
