MINE TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Education and Experience :
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• With 5 - 7 year experience in mining preferably with open pit gold experience in progressively more senior management roles

• Potential to fill the Mining Managers role in his absence
• Strong in people management and team leadership.
• Committed safety management skills and culture.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Team orientation with significant task focus
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interest in doing the right things but also doing them efficiently
• Innovative without sacrificing safety and standards and procedures.
Primary Objective:
• Determine mining activity production planning to assure the activity runs efficiently and productive. Monitor the achievement gap & analyze the necessary improvement action.
Main Duties and Task
• Budgeting & designing the short term & long term mine plan
• Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts and manage the Department costs.
• Experience& mastery in Mining Software: Surpac
• Oversee and control all the Mining activities from the preliminary activities until final activities for short and long term plan
• Lead a team of Mine Planners to ensure the effective planning, coordination and continous improvement.
• The candidate must have advance knowledge of Environment, engineering, Production, Health and Safety Issues, to achieve the most efficient and productive mining production
MINE OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT
Education and Experience :
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• With 7 years experience in mining preferably with open pit gold experience in progressively more senior management roles
• POM qualification is an advantage
Skills and Abilities :
• Strong in people management and team leadership.
• Committed safety management skills and culture. Commitment is hard to prove, can we revise to Proven track of excellent safety management skills and culture
• Contract management experience.
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Team orientation with significant task focus
• Strong analytical skills
• Must have the capacity to lead and build superb relationships with Mining contract suppliers as partners in the delivery of mining efficiencies while still driving for improvement
• Innovative without sacrificing safety and standards and procedures. Capable to provide alternative option in mine operation without sacrificing safety and standards and procedures.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa.
Primary Objective:
• Determine mining activity production to assure the activity runs efficiently and productive. Monitor the achievement gap and solving the problem & comply with SHE standards.
Main Duties and Task
• Responsible for the safe and efficient management of all the mining operations at Lanut.
• Ensures all statutory requirements are fulfilled.
• Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts and manage the Department costs.
• Develop and implement safety management systems in the Mining Department to ensure a safe working environment with the intention of having an injury free work area.
• Ensure all staff work with full regard to safe work practices.
• Promote an environment within the department whereby all unsafe work practices and potential hazards are reported and the safety of co-workers at the mine site is proactively monitored.
• Reviews data, such as maps, survey reports, and geological records, and confers with engineering, maintenance, and supervisory personnel to plan and direct mine development
• Tours and inspects mine to detect and resolve production, equipment maintenance, safety, atmospheric, and personnel problems.
• Calculates mining or quarrying operational costs, estimates potential income, and instructs Pit Supervisor (mine & quarry) to abandon or open mine sections, pits, or other working areas.
• Lead, manage and direct the Mining team.
• Any other duties as required by the Mining Manager commensurate with the employees skills, competence and training.
