ISO & EHS ADMINISTRATOR

Responbilities
- Support the EHS Manager & MR to ensure the IMS and EHS Document Management System are prepared according to our standards and other requirements
- Responsible for IMS and EHS Document Management System:
- Create and update IMS and EHS Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms/Records
- Manage document distribution and withdrawal
- Perform verification and evaluation of IMS Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions and other related documents
- Ensure that all ducuments covering Manual, Policy, Standard Procedures, Work Instructions/Work Procedures and data/records/form comply with the Integrated Management System standards
- Conduct regular audit on corporate documents from each department/section so all documents are properly updated, documented and distributed
- Socialize on awareness of the new or updated IMS or EHS documents (procedures/work instructions)
- Prepare and provide necessary documents required for Internal/External IMS Audit and EHS.
- Conduct Document and Record Management System Review every 6 months
- Conduct and control the implementation of any corrective actions revealed from regular internal/external IMS and EHS Audits
- Manage and support Internal Audit team for IMS and EHS Management System improvement
- Participate in various EHS projects
- Female, 23-27 years old
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Statistics
- Ideally 2 years experience for a PMA industrial company
- Strong communication skills & public speaking with initiative, autonomy, diplomacy, honesty and commitment
- Good knowledge of Integrated Management Systems & EHS, documentation management, 5S/QCC/lean manufacturing
- Good command of English (oral & written) & MS. Office
- Willing to work in Gresik, East Java

Responbilities :
- To prepare and review the precise drawings for new machines, new spare parts, new buildings…
- To draw machines’ spare parts, equipments, buildings…, to be used as the technical specification for purchasing them,
- To ensure that the spare parts, machines, buildings…, we are receiving are properly designed and implemented according to our original drawings,
- To ensure that the materials used for all spare parts, machines, buildings… are designed accordingly to our requests,
- To prepare the spare parts lists or BOM instructions,
- Assisting the project engineer in projects.
- Min. 3-5 years experience in a similar field, and some experience with electrical systems such as inverters,
- S1 Mechanical,
- Female/male, 20 - 30 years old,
- IT literate,
- “AutoCAD” 2D & 3D, “Solid Works” software,
- Proven record in Machines design,
- English (good command preferred),
- Initiative and autonomy.

Responbilities :
- To supervise and control subordinates daily activities and working methods on the production line,
- To monitor daily the KPI's of the production process such as :
- To monitor and ensure that the machine efficiency and performance are consistent,
- To ensure the efficient use of raw material by controlling the formula and process parameters in the production process,
- To monitor and ensure that the quality and quantity of the production output are in line with the target,
- To maintain the rejects level at an acceptable targeted level and if possible reduce it further.
- To supervise the implementation of ISO / OHSAS procedures related to the production,
- To perform production operation according to the weekly production plan,
- To perform weekly meeting with all subordinates and formulate some proposals for continuous improvement.
- Male, 26-30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Technical Engineering
- Min. 5 years experience in a leading production function
- Hands-on mentality
- Knowledge of English is an added value
- Strong leadership
