Requirements:
* Male / Female, age max. 30 years old
* Diploma / Bachelor degree in related field
* Experience 1 - 2 years in similar position, preferable from FMCG Company, Pharmaceutical or Telecommunication Company
* Having knowledge / skill about organization development, training need analysis and CBHRM / TBHRM
* Capable to design module training and develop system management development program
* Having a good interpersonal skill, innovative, creative and highly motivated
