Plan Do Check Action Legal Staff (Code : PDCALST)

Responsibilities:
* Assist PDCA Officer in daily administration in legal department
* Assists in the preparation of legal contracts, deeds, and other legal papers of a routine nature
* Make sure that all lawyers in legal department are keep up to standard Operational Procedures
* Performs administrative duties including creating and preparing routine materials, verifying, and editing all materials for extreme accuracy and clarity
Requirements:
* Diploma from Secretary
* Minimum 2 year working experience (Law Firm/ multinational company/ corporate legal counsel will be an advantage)
* Good interpersonal skills, confident, active, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
* Proactive, good administrative and attention to details and task oriented
* Fluent in English both oral and written
