Oakley Indonesia is searching for a like-minded individual to fill the position of E-Commerce Administrator and will report directly to the E-Commerce Coordinator

Position Overview:

  • Work closely with E commerce coordinator and the rest of the Digital communications team to coordinate and update the necessary materials needed for the projects.
  • Monitor and support the online customer experience together with the Digital team.
  • Monitor and support the product distribution for the online costumer
Qualifications Core Requirements:
  • Hold S1/min D3 in Communications, PR, Advertising, Marketing or Journalism, Graphic/Web Designer, IT (Information & Technology).
  • Fresh Graduates are preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesia both written and oral
  • Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously.
  • Must possess excellent communication (English- both oral and written)
  • Organization, planning, and strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
  • Ability and experience to work unsupervised
Oakley Indonesia is searching for a like-minded individual to fill the position of Social Media / Web Administrator and will report directly to the Social Media / Content Coordinator

Position Overview:
  • Schedule, post and deliver innovative copy and messaging for multi-channel initiatives including websites, social media, e-brochures, e-newsletters and online press releases.
  • Understand product features, benefits, and key selling points.
  • Generate awareness and engagement in social media, blogs, message boards, video feeds, and other online forums. Manage and maintain Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and others. Post content and upload images, videos, and audio files.
  • Layout and design medium resolution marketing materials to be used online.
Qualifications Core Requirements:
  •  Hold S1/min D3 in Communications, PR, Advertising, Marketing or Journalism, Graphic/Web Designer, IT (Information & Technology).
  • Fresh Graduates are preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesia both written and oral.
  • Familiar with CMS program. Basic understanding of online marketing, social media and user generated content.
  • 

Self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative style.
