PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor as the

A. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE ADMINISTRATION HEAD (MT-ADH)
MT-ADH program is aimed to project trainees for Administration
Head position in our branches. This position will in charge for
branch’s financial report, general affair, human resource, and customer
satisfaction.
For a year, trainees will attend On the Job Trainings at Head Office and
Acting as Administration Head in one of our branches. Trainees will
also receive various training and assigned for an improvement project.
Career wise, Administration Heads are entitled for promotion to business
Partner.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
1. Bachelor’s degree from Accounting/Management/Finance Major from reputable universities
2. Minimum GPA is 2,75 out from 4,00
3. Maximum age is 27 years old
4. Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia
5. Candidates must possess a potential leadership, strong communication skills, hard work, high interest in automobile industry, understand basic accounting skills, and good interpersonal skills
B. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE SALES SUPERVISOR (MT-SS)
MT – SS program is aimed to project trainees for sales Supervisor
position in our branches. This position will lead a branch’s sales terms
to achieve target. For a year, trainees will attend On the Job
Trainings at Head Office and Acting as Sales Supervisor in one of our
branches. Trainees
will also receive various training and assigned for an improvement
project. Career wise, Sales Supervisors are entitle for promotion to
Branch Manager, and than Regional Manager
Minimum Requirements :
1. Bachelor’ degree from any major from reputable universities
2. Minimum GPA is 2,75 out from 4,00
3. Maximum age is 27 years old
4. Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia
5. Candidates must possess a potential leadership, strong communication
skills, high achiever, high interest in automobile industry, and good
interpersonal skills.
6. Experienced in sales will be an advantage
C. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR (MT-WSS)
MT-WSS program is aimed to project trainees for Workshop Supervisor
position in our branches. This position will lead a branch’s workshop
teams to achieve target. For a year, trainees will attend On the Job
Trainings at Head Office and Acting as Workshop Supervisor in one of our
branches. Trainees
will also receive various training and assigned for an improvement
project. Career wise, Workshop Supervisor are entitled for promotion to
Workshop Head, and than Regional Workshop Head
Minimum Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical/Electronic Engineering Major from reputable universities
2. Minimum GPA is 2,75 out from 4,00
3. Maximum age is 27 years old
4. Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia
5. Candidates must possess a potential leadership, strong communication
skills, hard work, high interest in automobile industry, high interest
in workshop area, an goo interpersonal skill.
