MOP0009 SUPERINTENDENT-LOAD AND HAUL
Responsibility:
This operationally critical rote is responsible for the managing and direction of NNT load and haul personnel and mining contractor to ensure that levels of production are maintained at a level to meet the target of safety, production and cost.
Qualification:
- B.Sc Degree Mine Engineering.
- Certified of Competency for middle operational supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR.
- Minimum of fifth teen (15) years of Mine Operation related experience is required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related Supervisory, Management experience.
- Technical background in Mine Engineering induces Mine planning and scheduling, Mine economic evaluation, Slope stability, Equipment selection and calculation & Mine management
- Experience in the management and administration of budges in a multinational company.
- Strong leadership and a people oriented outlook,
- Good written and oral communication skills
MOPO472GENFOR. - MINE PROD. SUPPORT- INPIT
Responsibility:
Direct and control under limited supervision, shorthand medium term activities associated with the permission of support to mining operations to assist in ensuring the achievement of planned levels of production.
Qualification:
- Minimum 10 years experience in large open pit mining operations.
- Certified of Competency for Middle Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR.
- Ability and desire to support and develop employees
- B. S. Degree in Mine Engineering or equivalent field experience would be an advantage
- Experience in the management and administration of crew and equipment
- Strong leadership and a people oriented outlook.
- Good written and oral communication skills
