Accountant Manager – MA

• Responsible for accurate financial report due to deadline.
• Have understanding of IRFS and tax system.
• Bachelor / Master of Economics.
• 2-3 years experiences in accounting.

Promotion Manager - PM

• Strategic Planning in Promotion
• Held Above the line and Below the line promotion
• Bachelor/Master of Architecture/Marketing.
• 2-3 years experiences in marketing/developer/property.

Construction/Infrastructure/Landscape Manager – MRI

• Monitoring construction progress of 2-3 landed house clusters.
• Ensure quality, time and quantity as assigned.
• Bachelor/Master of Civil Engineering/Architecture.
• 2-3 years experiences in constructions/project/Real Estate.

Construction/Infrastructure Supervisor - SPV

• Ensuring contractor’s work quality of houses contraction.
• Good communication and leadership
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
• Fresh Graduates or 1 year experience in construction/project/Real Estate.

Quantity Surveyor Officer - TB

• Calculating work volume and up dating price list.
• Doing offering / tender to Contractors.
• Bachelor/Master of Civil Engineering/Project Management
• 1-2 years experiences in Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.
