PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
1. Make sure recruitment process running good from job request until job placement.
2. Report job analysis related with job description for all departments.
3. Evaluation Budget Training and actual with ROTI system.
4. Report and make sure training implementation related with TNA (competency; skill, knowledge and attitude).
5. Make CBT (competency based training) each employee related with training request.
6. Make training report each department monthly and gap analysis training.
7. Make IDP (Individual Development Process) employee achieve with target training annually.
1. Male/Female age max.32 years.
2. All Major backround.
3. Minimum experience 2 year in Manufacturing or FMCG industries.
4. Good in Analytical thinking, hard worker and under pressure.
5. Good in MS Office (Excel,Word,Ppt) and Macro in Excel system.
6. Demonstrate good communication skills
7. Have ability and willingness to build others’ capacity
8. Willingness to work in Cianjur.
