Director of Human Resources
Hard Rock Hotel Bali invites expression of interest from HR professionals preferably within the hospitality industry who have both strategic and operational capability.
- Reporting to the General Manager and working at Executive Committee level, you are responsible for the establishment and management of the human resource framework necessary for the operations of a global hospitality brand.
- Academic, trade or professional qualifications are advantageous.
- A broad, generalist working experience gained within a best practice environment including but not limited to the following is a prerequisite: workforce planning, recruitment & selection, on-boarding, learning & development, performance management, employment relations and industrial relations.
- It is envisaged you would have accumulated knowledge of the Indonesian labour market; including legal and regulatory compliances as well as compensation and benefits practices.
