Management Development Program (MDP)

MDP is a program designed to prepare candidates of strategy position at PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure in the future.

Requirements:

• Candidate must process at least a Bachelor degree in any field (preferably Civil, Industry, Elektro, & Telecommunication Engineering)
• Reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 (4.00)
• Maximum age 25 years
• Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year work experience in any field
• Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal & communication skills
• High motivation and initiative
• Applicants must be willing to work in all over Indonesia
