Title : Lead Mechanical Engineer
• Manage and monitoring for preparation of all mechanical calculation and ensure all mechanical aspect meet with Client requirement or International Standard.
• Check and discuss with other discipline engineer and drafting office to ensure other discipline comment to be incorporated with mechanical design
• Prepare and responsible to produce mechanical data sheet
• Check and review welding type (including NDT, PWHT, Radiography and Joint efficiency) at vessel, tank & Heat Exchanger drawings.
• Check and review Vessel / Tank / Heat Exchanger general arrangement drawings
• Prepare notice at change (NOC) to fabricator via Engineering Manager
• To follow company procedures as defined in the QA/QC Manual
Qualification:
- Min Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering
- Min 15 year experiences in design mechanical static and rotating for oil & gas projects
- Deep knowledge in International Standard and mechanical software
- Will be placement in Jakarta office
- Fluent in English both oral and written
Title: Sr. Mechanical Rotating Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Prepare to produce mechanical data sheet
• Check & review pump, compressor, and turbine general arrangement drawings
• Prepare notice at change (NOC) to fabricator
• Capable in review/answer/rectify technical queries raised by vendors / fabricators.
Qualification:
- Min S1 from Mechanical Engineering
- Min 10 year experiences in similar position at engineering & design with oil & gas industries.
- Good knowledge in project management, procurement, construction and planning as related to process equipment
- Good knowledge of mechanical related codes / specification (i.e ASME VIII Div 1/2, API, NFPA, etc)
- Fluent in English both oral & written
Title : Process Engineer
Responsibility:
1. Identified cases in process design
2. Coordination of process design with licensors (BRE, NAO etc.)
3. Preparation of process design related calculations, documents i.e
• Material balance
• PFD.
• PID.
• Process data sheets
• Operating and shutdown philosophy
• Operation manual
4. Assistance to prepare proposals
5. Pre-commissioning / Commissioning
6. Analyze cause & effect matrix
Requirement:
1. Min Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
2. Min 2 years experiences in process simulation, calculation, P&ID for oil & gas industry
3. Certified related with process engineering, such as HYSYS
4. Fluent in English
