PT Rekayasa Industri (REKIND) is today one of the foremost EPCC companies in Indonesia. The company’s scope of EPCC business includes: Gas, Geothermal, Refinery, Petrochemical, Mineral, Environmental, and Infrastructure. In addition, the company also provides services for Project/Plant Feasibility Studies and Plant Maintenance. Human Resources Management Staff
Qualification :

• D3 & S1 degree in Computer Informatika from a reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Age 24-28 years old
• Mininum have 4-5 years of working experience in Human Resources Department, preferably those have joined EPC company
• Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRMS)
• Able to work independently and systematically
• Has good soft skills with good ability to employ personal-relationships working with related parties/departments
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Mature, analytical and decisive
• Sincere, and must have passion to learn
