1. SENIOR GIS SPECIALIST ( Jakarta Based )

Responsibilities:
• To develop and maintain a Geographic Information System (GIS) for Britmindo, to provide support to other departments and to coordinate maintain the GIS databases.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor degree in geography with a computer science is the minimum education requirement with either GIS courses or any equivalent combinations of experience and training which provides the required knowledge and skill.
• Minimum of 4 years for GIS Experienced and Preference given to candidates with mining experienced
• Understand how to extrapolate data from different sources and develop databases.To requisite database administrations skills and knowledge of geographic information system
• Proficient with GIS Software , ArcGIS, Map info etc
• Dynamic, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, team management
• Logical and Analytical, Patient, Result Oriented, Detail Oriented, High in Initiative
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, in English

2. GIS DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR ( Jakarta Based )

Responsibilities:
• GIS DAS will support the planning and development of GIS Databases, generate reports based on the data and drive the creation of new methods and computational activities. They are also responsible for data entry, modifications and maintenance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in computer science or geographic information science
• Minimum 1 years experience as Senior GIS in mining Industry
• Understand how to extrapolate data from different sources and develop databases.To requisite database administrations skills and knowledge of geographic information system
• Capable in computer database skill with knowledge of GIS data system such as include SQL Server, MySQOL,ArcGIS Server,NET,ArcGIS desktop,Visul basic,Share Point, and ArcPAD, Database administration includes oversight of the security and management of standalone network databases, including the insertion or retrieval data from remote databases.
• Strong written and interpersonal communications skills , excellent human relations and interpersonal skills Logical and Analytical, Patient, Result Oriented, Detail Oriented, High in Initiative
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (the ability to think creatively). A passion for technology and a strong drive for results, flexibility to handle multiple projects and help other team members when needed
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, in English

3. ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
To ensure that all environmental monitoring activities are completed in accordance with the schedule, within the allocated timeframe and to an acceptable standard. To collect and record environmental data for the maintenance of an up to date environmental management system integrated and supporting the site/production activities of the Project. To ensure a safe working environment where project related impacts to the environment and personnel are eliminated and risks are managed. Develop technical capabilities in environmental monitoring methodologies. To understand and implement environmental monitoring procedures to achieve performance targets safely.

Requirements:
• Female
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering
• Experience as Environmental Officer min 3 years
• Having knowledge of AMDAL and all post mining regulations (UKL / UPL)
• Having Experience to conduct and control water management, waste management
• Honest and having integrity, able to work in a team
• Willing to stay at remote area with fix schedule

4. MINING SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:
• Handle technical support to the operation
• Monitor equipment performance
• Maintain high safety standard and safe work practice all the times
• To participate in producing and delivering coal to the required standard blend and quality on time and to budget
• Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning

Requirements:
• Recognized mining engineering qualifications
• Minimum 7 years experience in large open cut mining and or similar role
• A working knowledge of surface and minescape mine planning software will be advantage
• Proven experience up to supervisory/superintendent level with mining contractors
• Experienced in subcontractor management, cost and staff management
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian
• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Be efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality and be persistent and system oriented

5. MINING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
• To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the work teams to deliver a product which meets the required standard, on time and to budget while satisfying the needs of the clients and the company.
• Lead organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:
• High School certificate
• Experienced at Operator, Leading hands and Foreman level within Mining Production
• Understanding of most types of Mining Equipment
• Have ability in employees supervision
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in the similar role
• Preferably held a “POP / POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
• Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
• Computer literacy
• Ready worked in remote area

6. MINING FOREMAN

Responsibilities:
• To co-ordinate and supervise the removal of overburden and the mining and transport of coal in a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard perform-ance.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:
• Senior High school degree
• Minimum 2-3 year experience in a similar role.
• Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity
• Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Ready worked in remote area

7. MINE PLANNING ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
• Prepare short and long term mine plan ( production and project)
• Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Mine Planning
• Capability to operating Minescape (open cut), Xpac or Surpac software
• Good knowledge in Basic Mining Practice
• Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, in English
• Ready worked in remote area

8. FOREMAN TRAINER / INSTRUCTURE

Responsibilities:
To provide Operational Training for operators and allied training for clients in order to increase the productivity, and maintenance.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in similar role minimum 4 years.
• Familiar with training delivery equipment (all around HE equipment)
• Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Bahasa.
• Team work ,works effectively with others and relates to colleagues and trainees
• Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is es-sential.
• Computer literacy is preferred
• Ready worked in remote area

9. HR SUPERVISOR ( Jakarta Based )

Responsibilities:
• To provide and meet requirements from user about recruitment Staff and non staff as per mining consultant requirements
• Plan, coordinates and directs the activities involved in the research, development and implementations and maintenance HR programmed for the recruitment, selection, technical and training of employments.
• Develops, implements, administrative, and modifies employment services procedures and system to meet management needs and state and federal requirements and to enhance operations and services. Selects, plans, assigns, supervises and evaluates of works subordinates
• Identifies and solves administrative and IR & HR related issues /matters properly.

Requirements:
• Male/Female Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor degree in Psychology or Law
• Have Experience min 4 years in similar position from Mining company
• Have large database / network especially in mining business
• Good knowledge and skill in devising, running and evaluating selection processes includ-ing interviews, psychometric test, and various activities (preferred in Mining Company).
• Have competence with BEI ( Behavioral Event Interview )
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office, Able speak In English both oral & Written
• Ability to work under pressure
•Willing to traveling to All Site
