Responsible to manage and implement mine planning functions and controlling the implementation of mining for our active mining area and new development area
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Mining / Geological / Civil Engineering

• Xpac, Minex, Mine Scape Core & Open cut certified

2. LONG TERM MINE PLANNER
Responsible to develop long term mine plan, provide recommendation of mine development, making technical and economical mining evaluation and provide risk analysis for long term mine plan
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Min 3 years experience in similar position – senior level would be an advantege, preferably from coal mining industries
• POP certified would be an advantage
• Proficient in mine planning software (Minex, MineScape, etc)

3. SHORT TERM MINE PLANNER
Responsible to design short term mine plan; making of daily, weekly and quarterly plan. Evaluate progress of production target. Recommend efficiency and effectiveness on mining operation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• POP certified would be an advantage, Mine Scape Core & Open cut certified
• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position

4. MINE ENGINEER
Responsible to supervise mining production activity to meet mining design, production target and create save & green operation
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• POP certified

5. BLASTING ENGINEER
Responsible to ensure that implementation of blasting operation is on schedule. Responsible the supervisor of blasting operational, such as: Drilling / Making hole, Loading of explosives. Responsible to ensure that good explosions (with no boulder, fly rock, ground vibration and small air blast). Responsible to evaluate and give advice to create efficiency and effective on blasting operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or others
• Minimum 2 years experience as Blasting Supervisor
• Having second class blaster certification (KJL 2) and preferably to KIM
• Placement at Berau
6. COAL PRODUCTION & HAULING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage daily operational of coal processing activities; coal haulage, weight-bridge, ROM, crushing plant and stock-pile to barge loading and ensure implementation of QHSE system and procedures
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Mining / Civil / Mechanical / Geological Engineering
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the similar position in coal mining industries
• Having good analytical skills for control and problem-solving
• POP certified
• Having strong leadership, good inter-personal and communication skills
• Placement at Berau
7. SAFETY SUPERVISOR
Responsible to supervise the implementation of safety & risk control program base on PT Berau Coal occupational Health & Safety management system and also perform inspection regularly at operational area including contractor in order to make safe operation
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining / Geological / Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety Public Health
• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position preferably from coal mining industries
• Having knowledge in OSHAS 18001
• POP/ AK3 Umum Certified
• Placement at Berau
8. ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR
Responsible for day to day activity in environmental site and maintain the legal complience in environment (AMDAL)
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Forestry / Agriculture / Environment Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position

9. PRODUCT QUALITY & DELIVERY CONTROL OFFICER
Responsible to ensure coal quality product, quantity and coal delivery are meet with blending and shipment plan as customer requirement
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Geological / Chemistry Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in coal quality, coal sampling and familiar with coal blending processes

10. INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT
Responsible to manage Infrastructure Development section; Provide the analysis of Feasibility study, budget proposal, project plan & schedule, organize and monitoring the implementation for all infrastructure project at Berau Coal site operational area.
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience as site manager or similar position, preferably from coal mining industries
• Having experience handling conveyor, hauling road project or power plant project
• Holding POM certification will be an advantage
• Placement at Berau
11. Tender Officer
Managing the process of tender to provide supporting material for company operation
Responsibilities
1. Inviting prospective contractors to be tender participants
2. Proceeding documents of the tender participant to the corporate legal department for being assessed
3. Proceeding participant’s technical bid documents to department in charge for being assessed
4. Conducting negotiation with prospective contractors to get the best service with the best price
5. Making recommendations/proposals to obtain the approval of the Procurement Executive Board of Directors for implementation of procurement
6. Proceeding documents that have been approved to the Department in Charge for the document set forth in Contract / Agreement.
7. Validating the suitability of the contents of the Contract / Agreement made by the Department in Charge with the contents of the P3BJ Agreement
12. Admin & Logistic
Executor for administrative process in the Community Development Department
Responsibilities
1. Entering financial transactions data and make financial journals for Community Development Department’s programs/activities
2. Creating invoices, work requests, purchasing orders, and guest application for Community Development Department
3. Documenting records relating to the Community Development Department
4. Making arrangements for meetings such as invitations, schedule, and meeting room reservations
