Lowongan Kerja Metro TV - PT. Media Televisi Indonesia was granted a broadcasting license for Metro TV on October 25, 1999. It is a subsidiary of the Media Group, headed by Surya Paloh, the company's President Director, who was a wealth of experience in the local media industry and is the publisher of Indonesia's third largest national newspaper, Media Indonesia. From a start up work force of 280 employees the company now employs more than 900 people, mostly in the newsroom and production areas.


Metro TV Management Development Program (MMDP)
Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• You will be trained, developed intensively and be involved in hands-on project to become future leaders of the company to deal with competitive business environment. You will get a comprehensive training which consists of combination of in class & on the job training. The program is designed to develop future leader by providing knowledge and direct practice on our core business

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any major with GPA min. 3.00
• Fresh graduate with max age 26 years old
• Have strong interest in Broadcast / Sales
• Actively involved in organizational activities
• Have strong leadership
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

HR Officer (HRO)

Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Area of Responsibility : Performance Management, Organizational Development, Recruitment

Requirements:

• Male
• Max. 30 years old
• Bachelor degree majoring Psychology
• Min 2 years experience in: developing concept of Performance Management & Organizational Development, handling recruitment process
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
