PMT Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Project Management Tool (PMT) Specialist. Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of project management database, project management reports, as well as cost reports for all studios in Yogyakarta by monitoring the database for JOG.
* Being a Project Management Tool (PMT) database administration, you are responsible to keep PMT data in line with the real activities of the company, by collecting and updating information with relevant project managers; at Gameloft studio in Yogyakarta.
* Administer PMT database for JOG Studio.
* Prepare PMT reports and perform occasional PMT checking & ad hoc reports.
* Prepare monthly reports and participate in the consolidation & analyses of cost.
* Work with Cost Controller to develop and maintain other cost reports.
* Assist Cost Controller in internal controls.
Requirements:
* Excellent MS Excel skills (formula and functions, pivot tables, graphic charts, etc.);
* Macro programming in MS Excel is a big plus;
* Proficiency in English;
* Excellent reporting skills;
* Good analytical skills;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; ability to deliver reports in a timely and accurate manner; being well-organized and detail-oriented;

Responsibilities:
* Under HR Manager’s supervision, the Recruitment Manager will manage and provide support in Recruitment functions at Gameloft studio in Yogyakarta. He /She will be responsible to implement recruitment and selection operations for Gameloft studios in Yogyakarta, as well as Set up, propose, and improve recruitment and selection policies and procedures, processes, documents and tools. Recruitment manager will have to:
* Coordinate recruitment and selection process and operations;
* Coordinate and organize the recruitment team for improved efficiency; lead the them to meet recruitment targets in response to fast, demanding and changing production need;
* Implement and organize resume search, headhunting, and Implement new, active and creative recruitment methods to attract and hire qualified candidates;
* Advise managers on best practice of recruitment and selection;

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.

* Gameloft is looking for a dynamic and strong intermediate UNIX administrator with solid Linux experience to join the Global Network Services (GNS) team
* Level 2/3 support
* Linux systems and services administration
* Local systems technical support
* Write and maintain procedures and policies
Requirements:
* 3 to 5+ years UNIX experience in a high-volume critical production service environment with an emphasis on programming and/or scripting, task automation, and security best practices
* Strong English communication ability, written and spoken
* Able to work autonomously
* Strong knowledge of PHP, bash, Perl, etc., with experiencing building database driven web applications an asset
* Solid experience with Apache (HTTP) and MySQL in a production environment mandatory
