Job Descriptions :
- Configurating, Designing and Maintaining Standard Technical Support Procedure for the Company Service System.
- Setting up & managing Technical Support Maintanance for Company Service Centers.
- Designing and building up concept, sylabus and materials of training for technicians and giving evalutions regularly about all technicians' working performances.
- Collecting data about product defect, and giving feedback to the Product Development Team.
- Other related jobs about maintaining and managing Technical Support.
- To apply for this position you must have :
- University Degree of Electrical Engineering.
- Max 35 years.
- Min 3 years of related experience, especially in electronic or telecomunication company
- Willing to travel.
- Honest, self motivated and responsible.
- Able to work in a team as a leader and as a member.
- Proficient in mandarin ( oral & written ) will be an advantage.
