* Send all communication that received from head office to Agencies and follow up through phone.
* Remind all the contest result and communicate with Agencies on the achievement and also the needed criteria to achieve.
* Coordinate all region event such as RICH, M3.
* Responsible for local coordination for Agency Kick Off.
* Control Regional expenses.
* Prepare travelling expenses for all RD dan RM.
* Monitoring APH case and prepare APH report every bi-weekly.
* Prepare administration (from proposal to payment) for CG and alsao monitoring CG’s result.
* Recap new business submitted and prepare daily report for CAO.
* Prepare monthly report to monitoring production and productivity regional.
* Responsible to help Recruitment Director (if any) on recruitment’s administration.
* Min Bachelor Degree
* Min. 1 year experience in related field.
* Knowledge in Insurance and Banking / Financial institutions industry is an advantage.
* Has good attention to details and willingness to learn and grow
* Good communication skill, both oral and written in English.
