Lelco is a manufacturing for lighting and has many outstanding years of experience in the marketing of electrical and mechanical control systems and also lighting products with specializing in lighting designs for residential, architectural and commercial applications.

For the future expand our business and competencies in the lighting business we need the following position :

HRD Manager (Banten)

Requirements:

• Female /Male, max. age 40 years old
• Bachelor degree in Psychology / Law.
• Having 5 - 10 years experience in the same position as HR Manager of a Manufacturing and taking care of at least 500 workers.
• Understanding KPI for Manufacturing and 5 S Process.
• Good understanding on Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relationship base on UU No. 13/2003 and Recruitment.
• Forceful, Mature, Discipline, Hard worker, good Communication, Leadership Skill and Negotiation Skill.
• Problem Solving, good analytical and motivating.
• Having an experience Training Skill and being able to combine professionalism and Charisma in intelligently interacting with a team.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin is an Advantage.
• Ready to be placed in our Plant / Factory (Jatake / Tangerang)
