Responsibilities:
Responsible in handle Payroll and Jamsostek, and other personnel's procedures Responsible for administrative and secretarial work to assist the Board of Director Closely cooperate with operation management to make sure the SOP is well implemented Managing employee database and creating report to Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Management / Psychology, GPA min. 3,00
- Proficient in Ms. Excel formula
- Good command in English (able to speak Japanese will be advantage)
- Min. 1 year experience in handling Payroll, Jamsostek, and good knowledge in personnel's procedures
- High intelligence, strong analytical skill & good in decision making
- People oriented and quick response to management
- High emotion stability and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
- Review entry journal
- Prepare journal for closing (Memorial Journal, Correction Journal, Depreciation Journal)
- Handle all General Ledger and Sub-Ledger A/R & A/P
- Update fixed-assets lists
- Prepare Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss
- Prepare report to Bank Indonesia
- Prepare tax report : PPH 21, 23, 4(2),& 25
- Male
- Min. S1 Accounting, GPA min. 3,00
- Age below 28 years old
- Familiar with Financial Statement Preparation, Balance Sheet Finalization, General Ledger
- Proficiency in English and MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Min. 1 years experience in General/Cost Accounting or Finance
- Attention to details, strong accuracy, high initiative and high self-endurance
- Able to join immediately
- Able to work under pressure & over time
